GPS Control Surveys

EMC, Inc. has all the hardware, software and experienced personnel necessary to develop GPS control surveys. We have performed numerous control surveys over the past twenty five years, from blue book GPS control surveys with up to 200+ benchmarks to local control surveys establishing horizontal and vertical control for a job site.

Project Experience Includes:

• Blue book ortho ties for grid points, 195 points were observed using ngs 2 cm high precision gps standards. data was processed, output to NGS Bluebook formats and submitted to NGS
• Bluebook supplemental sp points, 5k levee control and Mississippi river sg points approximately 350 points were observed using NGS 2cm high precision GPS standards. Data was processed, output to NGS Bluebook formats and submitted to NGS
• Bluebook grid points, 75 monuments were observed using GPS high precision techniques.
• 430 picture ties using dual frequency fast static L1/L2 receivers
• 100 picture ties and 140 type A and G second order monuments along 150 miles of the Mississippi river
• Primary control for numerous large survey projects
