Multibeam Hydrographic Surveys

Single Beam Surveys Geophysical Surveys

EMC utilizes a variety of multi-beam (swath) bathymetric survey systems to satisfy the specific objectives of a client’s project. All of our survey vessels have customized transducer mounting systems to allow rapid mobilization and transit between project locations.

These systems provide high-resolution bathymetric maps of the seafloor. Anomalous features of interest, seafloor gradients, scour and sediment characteristics can be plotted quickly due to the wide sonar swath width (approximately 150° – 210°). All hydrographic surveys are planned and checked by our Certified Hydrographic Surveyor.
